The report findings mention uterine cavity synechiae seen in the right upper body cornua, and bilateral tubes are seen with bilateral spillage of contrast. My AMH level is 0.29 ng per mL. I would like to know if there is a chance of getting pregnant with these results. There is some scarring in the uterus, but both tubes are open. AMH is low, which means ovarian reserve is reduced. Pregnancy is still possible, but timely treatment from a fertility specialist is recommended. Get AMH and FSH levels checked after 15 days, along with Transvaginal USG.

My wife has PCOS. After treatment with IUI, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy were done. After this, we tried IUI twice but it was not successful. Her reports are normal. The doctor says that after laparoscopy, pregnancy is possible, but it has not happened yet. During her periods, bleeding is very light, only 1 to 3 drops. We do not have enough money for IVF. Please suggest what we can do?
