I am unable to conceive because ovulation (egg rupture) is not happening. Are HSG test and hormonal tests mandatory in this case? Will these test reports show the reason why I am not able to conceive?

If ovulation is absent, HSG and hormone testing help identify the cause of infertility. These tests can show if tubes are open and hormones are balanced. Please consult a fertility specialist to guide the next steps.

View allI recently consulted a doctor and underwent a Hysterosalpingography test. The report findings mention uterine cavity synechiae seen in the right upper body cornua, and bilateral tubes are seen with bilateral spillage of contrast. My AMH level is 0.29 ng per mL. I would like to know if there is a chance of getting pregnant with these results. Could you please explain what the report means, whether there are any complications, and what treatment options are available?

My estradiol (E2) level in the luteal phase is 103 (tested on the 19th day from the first day of my period). My usual cycle is 32 to 33 days, and I am 28 years old. Is this reading normal? Thanks in advance.
