I underwent laparoscopy for bilateral complex chocolate cysts six months ago. My recent report shows a 32 mm hemorrhagic cyst in my left ovary, and only residual tissue is seen in the right ovary on sonography. Can this cyst resolve on its own? Hi, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past two months. I am 29 years old and have irregular menstrual cycles ranging from 29 to 37 days. Since AMH is produced by antral follicles, can the AMH test show a lower value after oocyte retrieval in IVF? I recently underwent oocyte retrieval, and my AMH is now 1.33, whereas a few months ago it was 2.45. How could this change have happened?
