My wife HSG test report is attached. The doctor says she has a half uterus and a single blocked fallopian tube. We would like to know what we should do next. Can we go for hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, or consider IVF? Which option is better for us, with a higher chance of success, lower risk, and less pain? Please guide us.

With uterine anomaly and single tube, IVF offers higher success and less invasive risk compared to laparoscopy. Please consult your fertility specialist and undergo a Pelvic MRI and AMH test to assess ovarian reserve.

Is it possible for my ovary to regenerate from the residual tissue? Can I still get pregnant with this condition if my uterus is healthy?

Hi, my husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past two months. I am 29 years old and have irregular menstrual cycles ranging from 29 to 37 days. Should I start taking prenatal supplements, and would that help improve my chances of conception?

Since AMH is produced by antral follicles, can the AMH test show a lower value after oocyte retrieval in IVF? I recently underwent oocyte retrieval, and my AMH is now 1.33, whereas a few months ago it was 2.45. How could this change have happened?
