My wife HSG test report is attached. The doctor says she has a half uterus and a single blocked fallopian tube. We would like to know what we should do next. Can we go for hysteroscopy and laparoscopy, or consider IVF? Which option is better for us, with a higher chance of success, lower risk, and less pain? Please guide us.

With uterine anomaly and single tube, IVF offers higher success and less invasive risk compared to laparoscopy. Please consult your fertility specialist and undergo a Pelvic MRI and AMH test to assess ovarian reserve.

View allMy recent report shows that my right ovary is polycystic with 10 to 12 follicles, while the left ovary is normal. My weight has been steadily increasing over the past 7 to 8 years, although I have regular menstrual cycles. I am now trying to conceive but I am unsure about what steps to take next. Will I be able to conceive naturally, and what should I do moving forward?

I recently consulted a doctor and underwent a Hysterosalpingography test. The report findings mention uterine cavity synechiae seen in the right upper body cornua, and bilateral tubes are seen with bilateral spillage of contrast. My AMH level is 0.29 ng per mL. I would like to know if there is a chance of getting pregnant with these results. Could you please explain what the report means, whether there are any complications, and what treatment options are available?
