Since AMH is produced by antral follicles, can the AMH test show a lower value after oocyte retrieval in IVF? I recently underwent oocyte retrieval, and my AMH is now 1.33, whereas a few months ago it was 2.45. How could this change have happened?

AMH can drop temporarily post oocyte retrieval due to follicle removal. It may recover with time. Repeat test after a few cycles.

My recent report shows that my right ovary is polycystic with 10 to 12 follicles, while the left ovary is normal.
