Hi Doctor, my mother was previously diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. We recently received her latest blood reports (I am attaching two files here). Kindly review them and advise on any further diagnosis or medications she may need. Thank you

For hyperthyroidism follow up, please ensure your mother TSH, Free T3, and Free T4 levels are checked. If symptoms like weight loss, fatigue, or palpitations persist, follow up with an endocrinologist. Based on levels, medication dose may need adjustment.

Two days ago, I rechecked my thyroid, and my TSH has doubled. I am concerned about whether this will affect my baby, as I am breastfeeding. I have read that thyroid levels can affect a baby IQ, is this true?
