Hi Doctor, My recent reports show the following: Blood Report: RDWCV: 14.6 RBCs: Normocytic, Normochromic Liver Function Test: ALT and SGPT: 73.0 U per L A and G Ratio: 1.8. Could you please guide me on what these results indicate, whether any treatment or medication is required, and if further evaluation is needed? Thank you.

SGPT 73 indicates mild liver stress, likely non alcoholic fatty liver or medication effect. A and G ratio is normal. Avoid fatty foods and repeat LFT in 1 month. Consider USG Abdomen.

View allHi, I recently went through a full body blood test. Other tests were fine and values are within the normal range, but my direct bilirubin level is 0.4 (normal range 0.0 to 0.3) and my indirect bilirubin level is 0.9. I just want to check if there is any need to worry and if there is any advice regarding this? Warm regards.
