My ALT (SGPT) level is 131 in my lab report. Can you please suggest possible reasons for this and what should be done?

ALT of 131 suggests liver inflammation. Common causes include fatty liver, alcohol, hepatitis, or medication side effects. Avoid alcohol, oily foods. Consider liver ultrasound and LFT monitoring.
