Hi Doctor, my wife thyroid test report is as follows. T3 is 61, T4 is 1.6, and TSH is greater than 150. Please advise on the further procedure?

Suggests overt hypothyroidism. Needs urgent start of levothyroxine. Recheck Thyroid Profile after 6 weeks. Symptoms may include fatigue, weight gain, irregular periods.
Dr. Dhankecha Suggests...
Take a Thyroid Profile (T3 T4 TSH) Test Test or Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test

I recovered from COVID in May (tested negative around 13 May; I was infected around 20 April). After consulting a doctor and taking medicines, I recovered. In June, I had a chest X ray, and everything was normal. The issue is that, every one to two weeks, I sometimes feel body weakness for a day, and at night my heartbeat becomes a bit fast (on oximeter, it ranges between 69 to 93). I also have trouble sleeping. Please suggest what could be causing this and how I can recover faster.
