Hi Doctor, for the past five days I have been suffering from a urinary infection. The doctor at the nearest hospital advised me to undergo a urine routine and culture test. The routine test came out normal, and the culture report is still awaited. Meanwhile, I had an ultrasound done, which suggested cystitis and an ovarian cyst on the right side. I am yet to consult the doctor with these reports tomorrow. I am experiencing nocturia and feel my bladder is full even after urinating. Frequent urination is very annoying. I am currently taking Zenflox 200. Please suggest what should be done?

Cystitis can cause frequent urination and bladder discomfort. Continue Zenflox as prescribed until culture results. Ovarian cysts are often incidental but follow up is key. Avoid irritants (spicy food, caffeine). If symptoms persist, consult for tailored antibiotics.

I have been suffering from urination problems for the past four to five months. I urinate 8 to 10 times at night and pass more urine while sitting than standing. I have had yellow urine and a burning sensation while urinating for the past 8 months.
