I have been experiencing urinary tract infection symptoms for the past few days, including burning during urination and white discharge. I consulted a doctor online and was prescribed the following medications for 5 days Niftas Pan D tablets Zerodol tablets Citralka liquid While the pain has reduced slightly, the symptoms have not fully resolved. I am still experiencing discomfort, and the white discharge continues. I have attached my blood and urine reports for your review.

If symptoms persist despite antibiotics, this may be due to resistance or an incomplete treatment. The white discharge also suggests a possible vaginal infection. View allI suffer from frequent urination, so I do not drink much water. Sometimes my lower right back hurts, especially when I bend. However, when I drink plenty of water, the pain slowly goes away. My urine report shows turbid transparency and light yellow color, specific gravity 1.030, WBC 6 to 8/HPF, calcium oxalate crystals (+), and epithelial cells 10 to 12/HPF. Chemical examination is normal. RBC, casts, pH level, and pus cells are normal. Can you please diagnose and give suggestions?
