TSH 77 indicates severe hypothyroidism. Start thyroxine as per doctor advice usually 50 to 100 mcg per day and adjust based on follow ups.

In my recent thyroid report, my T3 and T4 levels are within the permissible range, but my TSH level is very high at 12.43. I am feeling very tense. Could you please let me know if this is dangerous or not?
