Hi, I did a thyroid test one month back and my TSH was 27.5. The doctor suggested taking 100 mcg tablet and repeating the TSH test after one month. I went for a retest after one month, and now my TSH is 0.6, which is normal. The doctor gave me 87.5 mcg tablet to continue for the next month. She told me that I can plan for a baby now. Should I continue the tablet even though my TSH is normal, and is it safe to plan for a baby now or should I wait for some more time?

Your thyroid level has normalized, which is great. If TSH remains under 2.5, it is safe to plan pregnancy. Continue 87.5 mcg dose and retest TSH every 4 to 6 weeks during pregnancy. Also check Anti TPO antibodies if not done before.

Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a THYROID PEROXIDASE ANTIBODIES (ANTI MICROSOMAL ANTIBODIES) Test

View allToday I got my thyroid levels checked after 2 months, and the results show T3: 7.30, T4: 3.20, and TSH: 0.037. Two months ago, my thyroid report was normal, so I reduced my Thyronorm from 50 mg to 37.5 mg (25+12.5 mg). I am very tense about these results, and I have also noticed weight gain. Please advise what I should do next.

Please take a look at my blood report. My TSH level is high, but T3 and T4 are within the normal range. I have also been experiencing hair loss.
