Please go through my report and help me find what problem I am facing. I am taking 37.5 mcg and my TSH was 6.25 last month. This report was done five days after my monthly cycle finished. Is it normal. Why unable to get pregnant. I have been trying for one year and have hypothyroidism for six months?

TSH 6.25 means your thyroxine dose is still low for pregnancy goals target less than 2.5. Ask your endocrinologist to raise the dose, recheck TSH in 4 weeks, and track ovulation for six cycles before IVF. A pelvic ultrasound is also recommended to monitor egg growth and confirm regular ovulation. IVF can be considered if other methods do not lead to conception.

View allI had an ultrasound of my neck. My report says the left lobe is enlarged with a cystic lesion of size 20 x 23 mm having separation and echogenic content. The impression is a colloid cyst in the left lobe with an enlarged left thyroid lobe. What does this mean?

My TSH is 16.1, but my T3 (1.31) and T4 (8.02) are within the normal range. Surprisingly, I am underweight at 56.5 kg with a height of 172 cm. The other symptoms of hypothyroidism also do not match the high TSH results, whereas symptoms of hyperthyroidism such as tachycardia, anxiety, and sleeplessness are seen. I am confused. What should be inferred here, please?

I am on the fourth day of my period, but I am still feeling nauseous. I took a home pregnancy test, which was negative. I am experiencing extreme restlessness, high stress, and anxiety, and I am unable to sleep properly. Occasionally, I get chills. My mind keeps racing with unrealistic thoughts that I know cannot happen, but I cannot control them.
