Dose adjustment should only be made based on TSH levels and strictly only under doctors supervision. If her TSH is in normal range, continue same dose. If it is less than 0.5, then reduction may be considered. Please repeat a TSH test to confirm dosage requirement.

I had a total thyroidectomy surgery due to papillary thyroid carcinoma. It has now been almost 9 years. My recent test results are thyroglobulin less than 0.040 ng/ml, TgAB less than 10 IU/ml, free T4 20.82 pmol/L, and TSH 3.60. Is my report okay? I am currently taking 125 mcg Thyronorm. Do I need to increase the dose? Is my TSH high currently?
