I am overweight and trying to reduce my weight but I am not seeing quick results. My periods are regular. Is this fine. What else can I do to maintain regular periods.

It is good your periods are still regular despite being overweight. This suggests hormones are mostly balanced. However, weight loss takes time. Aim for slow, steady weight loss with 30 to 45 min daily exercise and balanced meals. Include more protein and fiber, avoid sugar and junk food. Consult a dietitian for personal guidance.

I am 35 years old and recently had my first set of tests done (reports attached). Over the past few months, I have been experiencing shortness of breath and a nagging discomfort on the left side of my chest. I also have issues with gas and acidity. Even light running or jogging leaves me feeling exhausted. I am concerned about my heart health. I am also a thyroid patient, and my TSH is 3.16. Should I undergo further tests to assess my heart condition?

Each time I have lunch, I notice my heart starts beating faster than normal. This happens only after eating food. I am a 53 year old female with a history of thyroid problems. I want to know the reason. Why does my heart beat so fast after eating?
