Hi, I got tested three days ago. I noticed some readings in the report that seem imbalanced, but I am not sure if it is something to worry about or if I need any medication.

Many lab reports may show borderline variations that are not clinically significant. Please highlight which specific parameters are abnormal for targeted advice. If you have no symptoms, often no immediate treatment is needed.

Take a COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT (CBC) Test or Take a LIVER FUNCTION TEST (LFT) Test

I am concerned about whether these findings indicate any tissue damage or are affecting cell formation. How can we address this and bring these abnormal values back to normal?

My report states evidence of a well defined anterior wall defect of approximately 20 mm seen at supra umbilical region with herniation of bowel loops. Is this dangerous? As I am having fever for a few days now and stomach discomfort too. Should I go for surgery? Is it safe?

I am 23 years old. During a regular checkup, my blood test showed a comment of relative lymphocytosis. I had dengue about 2 months ago. Fifteen days back, I experienced continuous headache for 3 days, which then resolved. I often get numbness or cramp like sensations in both hands and sometimes feel pain in my armpits. I have not had any headaches for the past 15 days, but I am very worried about the lymphocytosis comment in my lab report. I have attached the report and would greatly appreciate your guidance.
