Hi, I have attached my blood report, which shows mild lymphocytosis and high cholesterol. Could you please review the report and suggest which foods I should avoid and which healthy foods I should include in my diet?

Mild lymphocytosis can occur post infection. Avoid fried/processed food, red meat. Include greens, whole grains, and omega 3 rich foods.
