Hi, I have attached my blood report, which shows mild lymphocytosis and high cholesterol. Could you please review the report and suggest which foods I should avoid and which healthy foods I should include in my diet?

Mild lymphocytosis can occur post infection. Avoid fried/processed food, red meat. Include greens, whole grains, and omega 3 rich foods.

View allI have been having repeated CBC tests over the past 9 months. My WBC count has consistently been between 12,500 to 14,000 and platelets between 100,000 to 150,000, but on two occasions when I had a peripheral blood smear, the report was normal. Tests for HCV, HBsAg, RBC, HIV, Dengue, VDRL, MP, and Vidal were all normal. I do not have any significant symptoms. Could you please advise what I should do going forward? Can I consider myself healthy, or is there a need for further investigation?

I have been experiencing extreme weakness and fatigue. This started after I had a cough and lung infection in January due to dust. The cough reduced within a week, and everything seemed normal. I have thyroid and take 25 mcg, and my thyroid levels were checked in March and were under good control. Since recovering from the cough, I have lost weight and continue to feel very weak. I was already underweight at 45 kg, and now I am 43 kg. My blood tests from March were normal.
