One year ago, my tuberculosis (TB) report was positive, and I also had problems with my periods. I continued Ayurvedic treatment, and my report later became negative. But now, my report is positive again, and my ultrasound shows Kochs abdomen. My periods have not improved, and I have pain on my left side along with a lymph node in my armpit. Please advise.

Kochs abdomen suggests abdominal tuberculosis which may recur or persist if not fully treated. If lymph nodes are enlarged and symptoms are present, consult a chest physician or infectious disease specialist. Menstrual issues may need gynecology review.

I have received my blood report. The Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW) is 15.1 percent, which is slightly high by 1.1 percent according to the report, and lymphocytes are also slightly elevated at 40.4 percent. My platelet count is 154,000/mm. Could you please suggest if these results indicate any underlying issue?
