Hi, from the last 4 to 5 days I feel tired and have body pain mostly in the joints. I have cough and yesterday I also had a headache. Two days ago I went to the hospital and did blood tests. Blood urea level is 21. Serum creatinine is 0.90. SGPT is 18. I am taking tablets as per the doctor prescription, Ortil CV 500, Montek LC, Superia DSR, and Tossex cough syrup. But still I am not feeling well. Please advise?

Your blood test values like urea, creatinine, and SGPT are normal, which is a good sign. Your symptoms fatigue, joint pain, cough, headache are common in viral infections or upper respiratory tract infections. The prescribed medicines (antibiotic, anti allergy, acidity, and cough syrup) are appropriate. It may take 5 to 7 days to feel better, and body fatigue can last longer. If symptoms dont improve in 3 more days, repeat your CBC or get a chest X ray.

Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

One year ago, my periods started getting delayed to 35 or 38 days, but not more than that. I consulted a gynecologist who advised me to get a scan. After reviewing the scan report, I was diagnosed with PCOD. I experience pain on the right side when my period comes. The doctor did not prescribe any medication but told me to reduce my weight. I weighed 88 kg before and now I am 74 kg. My periods have become regular, coming every 30 or 31 days, but I am having heavy bleeding with large blood clots, feeling very weak, and experiencing pain on the right side. The heavy flow lasts for 4 to 5 days. Please help me understand what I should do about this problem. I am waiting for your reply.

I recently had fever and body pains that did not improve with Dolo and antibiotics, so I visited a doctor for a check up. During this, I found that my hemoglobin has dropped significantly, it was 12.4 six months ago. I am unsure of the reason for this drop and would like to know if my current report is normal.
