Hi, I have been trying to conceive for 5 months. I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks last August and have been diagnosed with thyroid issues. In my last cycle, I underwent a follicular study and took Fertyle tablets for 5 days and Ova Care tablets twice daily. My reports show: LH on day 1: 7.92 FSH on day 1: 4.97 TSH: 4.14 Dominant follicle (left ovary) on day 14: 1.93 cm and endometrium: 1.11 cm Day 17: follicle ruptured at 1.06 cm and endometrium: 1.12 cm Despite this, I did not conceive. What could be the reasons, and what should I do to improve my chances of pregnancy?

Follicular study shows proper ovulation, which is a good sign. TSH of 4.14 is slightly high for pregnancy, ideally should be below 2.5. Fertility may be affected by even borderline thyroid issues. Endometrial thickness could improve slightly for better implantation. Repeat and track TSH, LH, FSH, Prolactin, and Progesterone (Day 21).
Dr. Vasanthasree Suggests...
Take a TSH Test (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) Test or Take a FSH and LH Test Test

View allI am 35 years old and had a recent miscarriage at five weeks. I am diabetic, and my TSH level is 9.0. I am taking medication for both diabetes and thyroid. My menstrual cycle fluctuates between 30 and 35 days. Can I take Clomid tablets and plan pregnancy? I have read about Clomid. Should I get any other checkups done before planning pregnancy or using the fertility tablet Clomid?

We got married last year in December, and my wife conceived in January, but unfortunately we had a miscarriage in May. After marriage, it took us about one year to conceive the first time, without any consultation. Since January, we have been trying to conceive again, following the fertile period method, but have not been successful. The doctor prescribed several tests, all of which were normal except for TSH, which was 6.38. She was prescribed Thyronorm and Folvite MB. I am enclosing my medical test report and would like to know whether everything is okay with the report. Also, the doctor advised maintaining a stress free relationship, but I am unsure why we are not conceiving despite everything being normal and trying during the fertile period. Please suggest.

I have had repeated miscarriages in early pregnancy. My doctor suggested some tests, and I am attaching the reports. Some of the values are high, do these results really affect pregnancy?
