Hi, last year I experienced an irregular menstrual cycle and did not get my periods for 1.5 months. When I consulted a gynecologist, she prescribed a tablet for 10 days, and after 15 days, I got my periods. My scan report showed no ovarian cysts, and my blood report showed no thyroid issues. Everything was normal. Now, after 3 to 4 months, I am facing the same irregular cycle. It has been 2.5 months, and I still have not got my periods. How can I overcome this?

Irregular cycles can be due to hormonal imbalance, stress, or PCOS. Repeat hormonal profile (LH, FSH, prolactin, AMH). Lifestyle changes and gynec consultation are needed.
