Hello Doctor, I am 18 years old. I did not get my period until the age of 16. At that time, a doctor prescribed some medication to help start my periods. After taking the tablets, I got my period only once, and then it stopped again. However, for the past two months, I have been getting my period 3 to 4 times a month. It stops for just 2 to 3 days and then starts again. My recent blood report shows that my prolactin levels are high. Please help me understand what might be causing this and what treatment I may need?

Irregular bleeding plus high prolactin suggests a hormone imbalance. Repeat the prolactin fasting, add thyroid and female hormones, and sometimes do a pituitary MRI. Once the cause is fixed, cycles usually settle.

View allI am 30 years old and under infertility treatment. All tests for me and my husband are normal, but my eggs are not growing properly. After periods, on the 5th, 7th, and 9th day, I received injections, but the egg is still not growing. On the 14th day, my report shows RO 1.4x1.4, LO 1.2x1.2, and ET 0.8 cm only. Please guide me on how to grow my eggs and suggest what foods can help increase egg size?

I naturally have a menstrual cycle of 45 days, and whenever there is a delay in my periods, I take Deviry, which usually helps me get my periods. However, this time, even after taking Deviry, my periods have not arrived. I am attaching my hormonal lab tests and blood report for reference to help diagnose my condition.

I want to conceive. My report says both ovaries are bulky in volume with a PCO pattern, and there are multiple small follicles seen with central echogenic parenchyma. The right ovary volume is 23 ml, and the left is 13 ml. Can I get pregnant or not, and is this a serious issue?
