I want to conceive. My report says both ovaries are bulky in volume with a PCO pattern, and there are multiple small follicles seen with central echogenic parenchyma. The right ovary volume is 23 ml, and the left is 13 ml. Can I get pregnant or not, and is this a serious issue?

Yes, many women with PCO pattern conceive with proper treatment. A healthy lifestyle, tracking ovulation, and possible medications can support conception. Eat less carbs, exercise well. And the doctor may start hormonal therapy, which might help in getting pregnant
Dr. Hema Suggests...
Take a FSH and LH Test Test or Take a AMH Test (Anti Mullerian Hormone) Test

My wife is not getting pregnant, and her menstrual cycle has been irregular (varies by 5 to 10 days) since our marriage, whereas it was regular before marriage. Please advise on what could be the cause and what steps we should take.

I am trying to get pregnant and had intercourse twice during my ovulation period. My period is now 7 days late, but my home pregnancy test is negative, and my blood test shows an hCG level less than 2. I am unsure why my period is delayed. Should I wait for one more week before visiting a doctor, or should I see a doctor now?

I have acne issues since 2013 and recently I was diagnosed with PCOS. My report says right ovary 33.6x15.5x30.0 mm volume 8.18 cc and left ovary 30.6x24.1x30.9 mm volume 11.9 cc. Ovaries are mildly enlarged and show an increase in stromal echogenicity and thickness. Multiple small similar sized follicles are seen in both. How serious is this issue and should I go for medication or can it be managed by lifestyle changes?
