I have acne issues since 2013 and recently I was diagnosed with PCOS. My report says right ovary 33.6x15.5x30.0 mm volume 8.18 cc and left ovary 30.6x24.1x30.9 mm volume 11.9 cc. Ovaries are mildly enlarged and show an increase in stromal echogenicity and thickness. Multiple small similar sized follicles are seen in both. How serious is this issue and should I go for medication or can it be managed by lifestyle changes?

PCOS is manageable. Lifestyle changes such as diet, exercise help a lot, but some cases may need medicines for acne, cycle regulation and to correct insulin imbalance. Mainly avoid junk foods. A gynecologist can guide you best. Get done tests as adviced.

Today was my day 6. I had a baseline follicular study. The report mentions that the right ovary has 18 follicles and the left ovary has 15 follicles. The largest follicle in the right ovary is 15 mm. It also mentions a nabothian cyst at the cervix. What does this mean. Is it PCOD or PCOS or is my report normal?

I naturally have a menstrual cycle of 45 days, and whenever there is a delay in my periods, I take Deviry, which usually helps me get my periods. However, this time, even after taking Deviry, my periods have not arrived. I am attaching my hormonal lab tests and blood report for reference to help diagnose my condition.
