Hi, my son is 3 years old and weighs 15 kg. He had no problems at birth. Last month, he was having wheezing sounds in his chest, and the doctor prescribed an inhaler for 14 days. Now he is fine. Today, his blood report shows mild eosinophilia with an absolute eosinophil count of 584, eosinophils 8 percent, monocytes 9 percent, lymphocytes 51 percent, absolute lymphocyte count 3723, platelets adequate, and the remaining values, including IgE, are normal. We stopped the inhaler today as per the doctors prescription. I want to know what mild eosinophilia means, what the treatment is, and whether we should stop or continue the medicine since he currently has no cough or cold?

Mild eosinophilia may reflect allergy or early asthma. Since symptoms resolved, no treatment is needed now. Monitor symptoms. Repeat blood count if wheezing returns.

View allI have been experiencing extreme weakness and fatigue. This started after I had a cough and lung infection in January due to dust. The cough reduced within a week, and everything seemed normal. I have thyroid and take 25 mcg, and my thyroid levels were checked in March and were under good control. Since recovering from the cough, I have lost weight and continue to feel very weak. I was already underweight at 45 kg, and now I am 43 kg. My blood tests from March were normal.

Hi. I am suffering from heavy and prolonged periods after I missed my period last month. My pregnancy test report came negative. I got my periods after one month and it is heavy and almost 10 days now and not reducing. I have Tranexamic acid 500 mg and Mefenamic acid 250 mg tablets earlier given by my gynecologist with me. Can I take it to stop my periods? Can anyone please suggest the dosage for the same?

Hi, I am 35 years old and attaching my report for review. Could you please let me know if there is anything to be concerned about? I noticed that my Red Cell Distribution Width is slightly above the normal range and wanted to understand if this is something to worry about.
