Unlike red blood cells, white blood cells do not divide or undergo mitosis.

My recent CBC blood test report shows PDW of 17.1, WBC of 11.4 (normal range is 4 to 9), and HCT of 41.8 (normal range is 34 to 38). Could you please advise me on what these results indicate and provide your valuable suggestion?
