Hi, seven days ago I masturbated roughly, and since then I have been experiencing pain and a burning sensation around my penis/genital area. My groin and buttocks also feel unusually warm. I do not have pain while urinating, and there is no blood or discharge. I have started taking antibiotics, but the symptoms persist. My urine test came back negative. Is it normal to have these symptoms for a week, or could it be something other than urethritis?

Pain/burning for 7 days post masturbation may be tissue inflammation. If urine is clear, no infection. Use warm compress, avoid friction.

View allI am taking antibiotics for a urinary infection. I want to know the time gap that should be given between the antibiotic Zocef and Cital syrup. I am taking Zocef after meals, so after how much time should I take Cital syrup? I have attached my urine report. Also, how much should I take 5 ml or 10 ml, and should it be twice or thrice daily?

Hi, my wife has been having a urine infection for the last 2 to 3 days, and the burning sensation is not subsiding. We started her on Alkasol, and she took 2 to 3 doses, but the burning sometimes improves and sometimes comes back. A week ago, she had a severe throat infection for which she took antibiotics and cold medicines after consulting a doctor. During that time, we did almost all tests, including urine culture, urine routine, CBC, and dengue profile, but almost everything was negative, except a slight positive result in urine routine, and the culture was normal. Please advise what to do now?
