Hi Sir or Madam, I was having a little cough sensation on the first day and the next day I immediately developed fever, shivering, and headache. The doctor has suggested a few medicines and I am taking them. I did some blood tests by self reference. Could you check the attached reports and let me know whether it is a normal viral or bacterial infection or any other issue?

If blood report shows high WBCs or neutrophils, it could be bacterial, lymphocytes suggest viral. Other markers like CRP, ESR, or procalcitonin can help differentiate. Please do the required infection markers to confirm cause.

Hi Doctor, I have been experiencing fever and headache without any cough, runny nose, or sore throat. I consulted a doctor who initially suspected dengue and advised me to take paracetamol. However, after receiving my lab report, it shows no signs of dengue. The concern is that for the past few days, my fever only goes down temporarily with paracetamol. What could be the cause, and what should I do next?
