Hi, Three years ago, I completed treatment for pulmonary TB. For the past 10 days, I have been experiencing urinary irritation (feeling the urge but unable to pass urine properly) along with a dragging pain in the lower abdomen. Could you please advise which tests I should undergo before visiting a doctor?

Past TB can cause urinary tract scarring. Current symptoms suggest UTI or bladder irritation. Urine tests are first step. If persists, consider USG and urologist review.

My first urine sample shows blood and I am experiencing pain in the lower abdomen. However, my USG KUB report is clear, but the urine test indicates a UTI. Please review my report and suggest the best medicine to clear the UTI.
