For the past 10 days, I have been experiencing urinary irritation (feeling the urge but unable to pass urine properly) along with a dragging pain in the lower abdomen. Could you please advise which tests I should undergo before visiting a doctor?

Past TB can cause urinary tract scarring. Current symptoms suggest UTI or bladder irritation. Urine tests are first step. If persists, consider USG and urologist review.
