My sister was diagnosed with a fibroid in her uterus, and I've attached her reports for reference. What should our next steps be? Can it be treated with just medication, or is laparoscopy necessary? She can opt for Laparoscopic / Open myomectomy. Where only Fibroid will e removed. Her age is just 39yrs, so no need to remove uterus. As removal of uterus will give her Surgical manopause. Only thing, recurrence can not be predicted

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and just found out that my amniotic fluid index is 20.8 cm. I'm a bit worried if this is normal. My blood sugar levels and glucose tolerance test were normal, and I don't have an RH negative blood type. Could there be a reason for this high fluid level? And, is there anything I can do to reduce the excess fluid?
