I have irregular periods, usually with a cycle of 40 days. My last period was on July 31st. I got married on August 14th, and our first intercourse was on August 17th. I experienced red spotting on September 1st, and since then, there has been no bleeding. I took two urine pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. I had a lower abdomen ultrasound done recently. I am unmarried and worried about pregnancy. My last menstrual period was on 5th January. I am unsure if the sonographer properly examined my uterus. I have attached my report and ultrasound images for your review.
