I had intercourse on 22nd, and during a checkup on 27th, the doctor said that the egg had already ruptured. What are the chances of getting pregnant, and when should I take a pregnancy test?

If you had intercourse on 22nd and your doctor confirmed egg rupture on 27th, the chances of pregnancy depend on sperm survival and timing around ovulation. Sperm can live in the body for up to 5 days, so there may still be a chance of conception. You can take a urine pregnancy test around 14 days after ovulation or if your period is delayed. If unsure, a serum beta hCG test can confirm pregnancy earlier and accurately.

After how many days of unprotected sex does a urine pregnancy test give a confirmed result of pregnancy? After how many days should the test be done at the earliest?

Sir, I have been suffering from lower abdominal pain and back pain for the last 2 days. Urine report says infection. I had unprotected sex also. My periods are also due. Is this a symptom of pregnancy?
