How can I improve my eardrum condition after surgery? I'm worried about the recovery process and what steps I should take to make sure it heals properly. Are there specific things I should avoid or any treatments that could help speed up the healing?

Keep your ear dry and avoid swimming, showering, and submerging your head in water for at least two weeks after your procedure. Use ear drops or ointment as directed by your doctor. Avoid activities that may cause trauma to your ears, such as playing flying in airplane, loud music, swimming without cap etc.

One side of my tonsil has an open pocket where food keeps getting stuck and forms yellowish tonsil stones. I have to remove them manually but there's no swelling. I don't want surgery are there any ayurvedic treatments to help close this pocket?
While Ayurvedic practices can help manage tonsil stones and associated symptoms, they generally don't address the underlying structure of the tonsils, including the "pocket" you describe. Addressing a specific structural issue like a tonsil pocket might require more specialized medical interventions, and Ayurveda is not a substitute for conventional medical care in such cases.
