A thin fish bone got stuck in my throat three days ago, and I'm not sure if it's still there or if it came out. If it's still stuck, could it cause an infection? How can I safely remove it? I'm really worried about this.

Persistent sore throat can be frustrating!
Consider the following:
- Prolonged antibiotic course: Clavam 625 might need to be taken for a longer duration. Consult your doctor about extending the course.
- Alternative antibiotics: If the current antibiotic isn't effective, your doctor might prescribe an alternative.
- Throat swab culture: A throat swab culture can help identify the underlying cause of the sore throat.
- ENT specialist consultation: Consider consulting an ENT specialist for a thorough examination and guidance.
Additional remedies:
- Saltwater gargles: Mix 14 teaspoon of salt in 8 ounces of warm water and gargle several times a day.
- Throat lozenges: Suck on lozenges to keep your throat moist and soothe the pain.
- Warm liquids: Drink warm liquids like tea or broth to help soothe the throat.
- Humidifier: Use a humidifier to add moisture to the air, which can help reduce throat irritation.
When to seek immediate medical attention:
- Difficulty swallowing
- Severe throat pain
- Fever over 101.5F (38.6C)
- Shortness of breath

I've had chronic nose blockages every winter since childhood, making it hard to breathe normally like others. Pills and nasal sprays give temporary relief but don't solve the problem long-term. Some doctors say it's allergies while others think it's a structural issue needing surgery. What's the best permanent fix for this?
Septoplasty is advised to the patient.

I've been using Waxonil ear drops because I thought it would help the earwax come out, but the wax just isn't coming out and now it feels like my ears are blocked. What could be happening, and what should I do next?
Yes, in most cases, the loosened ear wax should come out on its own after using Waxonil ear drops. Waxonil ear drops soften ear wax so it can run out naturally without harming the ear. so it will takes some time if your wax is so hard to become soft if after 3-4 days doesnt come consult ent surgeon for wax removal procedure
