I've had gyno since I was around 15 or 16 and I'm 18 now. I'm pretty lean but still have it and really don't want to go for surgery unless it's absolutely necessary. Are there any other options besides surgery that could help?

I've recently noticed that my nipples have this puffy look when they're warm, but they seem perfectly normal and even shrink when it's cold.
