View allHey, I've noticed that the hole in my left earlobe is a bit bigger compared to my right one, and I'm worried about it. I'm wondering if there's any treatment or simple surgery that won't be painful, to reduce the size of the earlobe hole. It's affecting how earrings look on me, especially smaller ones. What should I do now?

I'm 22 years old and my height is 6 feet 2 inches, but I've always felt like my face is way too small for my body. It's pretty noticeable and people often comment that I look like a kid, which is really embarrassing. I'm worried about it and Id love to know if theres anything I can do to make my face appear bigger or more proportionate. Right now, it's just too small and thin. Any advice would be really helpful.
