My left collar bone sticks out way more than the right one, and my shoulders look uneven with the left one sitting higher. Are there any long-term side effects if I don't get it treated?

Postural asymmetry may improve with physiotherapy, core strengthening, and ergonomic correction. Surgery is considered only in severe structural deformities.
