I've been dealing with genu valgum for the past four years and it's really affecting my daily life. My knees feel so much pressure when I walk, and the pain is constant. I'm really not keen on surgery like corrective osteotomy are there any other treatment options that could help me manage or even fix this without going under the knife?

I'm really worried because I hit my ankle pretty hard on something metal, and now it really hurts when I walk or put any pressure on it. The pain is mostly right under the ankle bone. Should I be concerned about this type of injury, and what should I do to help it heal?
