I've been experiencing this strange sensation after walking for about 510 minutes. It feels like a needle prick on my skin, followed by some rashes, but they disappear after like 15 minutes. Any idea what could be going on? Should I be worried about this?

I've used sebifin plus before to treat a fungal skin infection around my penis, and it worked well. But now, the infection's back, and I think it's because I sweat a lot when I exercise.
