How long after laparoscopic mesh rectopexy surgery for rectal prolapse should I expect to regain normal ejaculation and erection? I had the surgery on January 18th and still can't ejaculate or get a full erection. My surgeon mentioned it might take 8-12 weeks is that accurate? Why does this happen and will I recover fully?

I've been diagnosed with multiple mild hydroureteronephrosis caused by a 7.1 mm stone in my upper ureter. There are also two stones in my right kidney (4.9 mm and 6.9 mm) and multiple stones in my left kidney with the largest being 4.7 mm and 2.2 mm. What should my next steps be? Can this be treated with just medications or will I need surgery?

Given the combination of stones and mild hydronephrosis, a multi-pronged approach is likely needed. The 7.1 mm stone in the ureter is likely to require medical or surgical intervention, while the smaller kidney stones might be managed medically, followed by a more targeted approach if necessary.

I recently got married and whenever I try to have sex with my wife, the skin on my penis hurts because it hasn't separated properly. I don't want to remove all the skin, just the top part that's attached to the penis. What would be the cost of that? What should I do, and if there's surgery required, how much would it cost?

It sounds like you may have a condition called **phimosis** or tight foreskin. A minor procedure like a **frenuloplasty** or partial circumcision can address this without removing the full skin. I recommend consulting a urologist for an evaluation. Costs can vary but are typically around 10,000-30,000 in most clinics, depending on the procedure and location.
