How long after laparoscopic mesh rectopexy surgery for rectal prolapse should I expect to regain normal ejaculation and erection? I had the surgery on January 18th and still can't ejaculate or get a full erection. My surgeon mentioned it might take 8-12 weeks is that accurate? Why does this happen and will I recover fully?

If you're 17 and can easily retract your foreskin, you likely do not need surgery. Circumcision is generally not necessary if the foreskin can be fully retracted, and you're not experiencing pain, swelling, or other issues

I'm a bit concerned about my testicles hanging low. I've noticed this ever since I smoked weed for about a year, but it's been a year and a half since I stopped. Even after quitting, they still seem to hang lower than usual. Do you have any advice or suggestions?
