How long after laparoscopic mesh rectopexy surgery for rectal prolapse should I expect to regain normal ejaculation and erection? I had the surgery on January 18th and still can't ejaculate or get a full erection. My surgeon mentioned it might take 8-12 weeks is that accurate? Why does this happen and will I recover fully?

I've noticed some small, painless bumps on the foreskin of my penis. They've been there for over two months. I don't feel any itching, and they showed up around the time I last had sex. I was already tested, and the V.D.R.L. test came back negative. Should I be doing another test, or is there something else I can do? I'm really concerned about whether I might have an STD. I'm also considering sharing some pictures for reference. What do you think?

Is peeing every 30 minutes normal?
Normally a person may urinate every 3 to 4th hourly i.e., 6 - 8 times in 24 hours. If you are urinating more frequently then you might be drinking more water, coffee which acts as diuretic and some medical conditions such as urinary infection, diabetes mellitus, diabetes insipidus, hypercalcemia, hyperthyroidism. It is common in pregnancy also due to pressure of fetus on bladder.
