My foreskin won't pull down and part of it seems stuck to the head of my penis. When I get an erection, it gets really tight and I can't retract it at all. During sex, it does come down but since it's attached, I end up ejaculating too fast. I read online that this might be phimosis and they suggested using a steroid cream like Tenovat along with daily stretching exercises, saying it could fix it in about 4 weeks.
