View allI had retinal detachment surgery back in 2006 and my retina settled but my vision is still low in that eye. Now I have extropia in my right eye and I'm considering squint surgery to fix it. Will the squint surgery help improve my vision or just the alignment? What should I expect with my current eye condition?

I had PRK surgery 6 months ago and my right eye seems clearer than my left. At my recent checkup, they found my left eye has CYL 0.25 AXIS 180. Is this something I should be concerned about or will it improve on its own? What steps should I take next?
Small CYL may not need correction; wait and recheck—eye exercises or glasses may help if vision is blurry.
