You cant remove it.if it is painful or unable to retract the foreskin,then that could be phymosis for which you have to visit your surgeon for appropriate management.

For balanitis that is not responding to clotrimazole, ketoconazole, or onabet, you can try using Terbinafine cream. Apply Terbinafine cream twice daily on the affected area for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and avoid any potential irritants.
