I'm really worried about this whole nightfall thing. Is seeing a urologist the right move? I'm getting these dreams whenever it happens. Do you have any advice or prescriptions that could help me avoid nightfall for good?

I've been dealing with this burning sensation in my penis and anus for over a month, and sometimes it's painful. Most times, it's either one or the other, but occasionally it's both. I also notice a bit of pain when I pee. My GP checked me out, said it might be a prostate issue, and all the STD tests came back negative. He prescribed me cipro for 10 days, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm really concerned and would appreciate some guidance. What should I do next?

That could be microbial infection,do not neglect, visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate management and maintain personal hygiene.
