View allMy left testicle has been bigger than the right one for about 10-15 years, but lately I've been feeling some pain there. Should I be worried? Is surgery or any other treatment needed for this?
Yes, you should seek medical attention for the new pain, especially given the long-standing size difference. A long-standing difference in testicle size is generally not a concern, but the new pain could indicate a variety of issues, some requiring immediate medical attention

I've been having this issue where the foreskin of my penis tears during sex. It happens when I'm aroused and the foreskin folds back, resulting in itching and sometimes even bleeding. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?
You cant remove it.if it is painful or unable to retract the foreskin, then that could be phymosis for which you have to visit your surgeon for appropriate management.

I've got kidney stones in both kidneys some are as big as 15 mm and others around 6 mm. Since they're too large to pass on their own, is it usually possible to remove all of them in a single surgery or would I need multiple procedures?
15mm kidney stone typically requires surgical intervention. Stones this size are unlikely to pass naturally and can cause complications if left untreated
