I'm really struggling with balanitis, and I've tried clotrimazole, ketoconazole, and onabet without much success. Do you have any other suggestions or treatments that might be more effective? I'm concerned nothing is working, and I could really use some help on what to try next.

Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks. Make sure to keep the affected area clean and dry, and avoid any potential irritants.
