what cream or oral medicine can help treat phimosis without needing surgery i really want to avoid surgery if possible

I'm dealing with a bad smell coming from under my foreskin, and it's making me a bit worried. There's also some mild itching going on. I've tried washing it, but the smell just keeps coming back the next day. Could you please give me some advice on what might be happening and how to fix it?

It sounds like you may have a yeast infection or balanitis. I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice a day for 1-2 weeks. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. If the symptoms persist, consult a doctor for further evaluation.

I had surgery at 18 for a urinary infection that left my penis deformed. Now at 33, my penis is only about an inch when erect even when watching films, and my testicles don't react they're very small and don't seem to function. I feel tense with a fast heartbeat when aroused, and while there's some blood flow, my penis stays small. I'm always inactive and worried about this. Could this be hormonal or related to my past surgery? What could be causing this lack of response?

normal nothing to worry ok.
