My father was just diagnosed with prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 34. One doctor recommended hormone therapy, but from what I've read, robotic surgery seems like a better option since hormone therapy isn't a full cure. I'm really confused about what treatment would be best for him can you help explain the pros and cons of each?

I've been having some concerns and I'm hoping you can help. A couple of years ago, I was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection and since then, I've noticed a 0.5 inch lump on my right testicle, which is also a bit larger than my left one. There's nothing like that on my left testicle. Could this be epididymitis, or is it something else I should be worried about?
