I drink plenty of water and watch my diet but still keep getting kidney stones - this is my third surgery to remove them why do they keep forming even when I'm careful what causes these stones to develop repeatedly

Even with good hydration and dietary choices, recurring kidney stones can be due to various factors including underlying medical conditions, genetic predisposition, or certain medications. Your doctor may need to investigate further to determine the specific cause of your recurring stones and tailor a prevention plan.

View allI'm a 21-year-old guy and I've got some worries about my penis size. I'm around 5.4 feet tall and weigh 74 kg. My size is about 5.3 to 5.4 inches, and I just don't feel okay with it. Is there anything I can do to increase it? What's the best way to go about this?
It's important to know that there are no medications or treatments that have been scientifically proven to permanently increase penis size. However, there are surgical options available such as penile implants or injections, but these come with risks and are usually reserved for individuals with medical conditions affecting the penis. For non-surgical options, you can try penile exercises such as jelqing or stretching exercises, but it's important to be cautious as these may cause injury if not done correctly. Additionally, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise, a balanced diet, and avoiding smoking and excessive alcohol intake can help improve overall sexual health. It's important to remember that penis size does not determine sexual satisfaction, and communication with your partner is key. If you have further concerns, I recommend speaking with a urologist for personalized advice and guidance.

My foreskin is really tight and won't pull back no matter how hard I try is there any way to fix this without surgery? I've heard about stretching or steroid creams do those actually work?
Yes, it's possible to manage a tight foreskin (phimosis) without surgery. Stretching exercises and topical steroid creams are effective non-surgical treatments.

I've been dealing with a urethral stricture for the last 3 years and have been doing dilation regularly. Now I'm considering surgery what are my options and is it the right time to go for it
Endoscopic urethrotomy. This procedure uses a thin, tubelike tool that has a lens, called a cystoscope. The cystoscope goes into the urethra. Then a tool is put through the cystoscope to remove the stricture or treat it with a laser. This surgical procedure has a faster recovery than do some other procedures.
