View allI banged my head pretty hard on the garage door when it was going up last night. I didnt pass out, there's no blood, and I haven't thrown up or anything, but there's this burning sensation and a slight headache going on. The ER doc said it's not a concussion, but I'm kind of worried. How would I know if there's any internal bleeding? And also, should I consider pausing my birth control pills while I'm figuring this out?
Monitoring for Internal Bleeding_ 1. *Watch for worsening headache*: If your headache worsens or becomes severe, seek immediate medical attention. 2. *Look for other symptoms*: Monitor for symptoms like: - Dizziness or loss of balance - Nausea or vomiting - Blurred vision or sensitivity to light - Confusion or disorientation - Weakness or numbness in arms or legs 3. *Seek immediate medical attention if you experience*: - Sudden severe headache - Difficulty speaking or swallowing - Weakness or paralysis in face, arm, or leg - Vision changes or double vision _Birth Control Pills_ As a precautionary measure, consider stopping your birth control pills temporarily until you're cleared by your doctor. Birth control pills can increase the risk of blood clots, which may be a concern if you have internal bleeding. _Follow-up_ Schedule a follow-up appointment with your primary care physician or a neurologist within the next 24-48 hours to reassess your symptoms and determine the best course of action.

I've been experiencing these weird sensations, like tingling or something crawling on my chest and abdomen. This all started after I injured my upper lower back and hip about 8 years ago during a stunt. Since then, I've had constant issues with pain in my lower and upper back, shoulders, and even my biceps. There's also numbness in my middle toe, and my shoulders make this clicking noise whenever I raise my arm. Plus, I've noticed that my lower back and hip areas have gotten darker. Oh, and I've got a hookworm infection too. I'm really concerned if this is more about a parasite issue or if it's related to my nerves. Its been going on for so long, and I'm just not sure whats happening. What could this possibly be?

I'm really concerned about my dad. He's 60 and has Parkinson's tremor, which makes him feel really weak and tired all the time. His doctor suggested these weekly methycobal shots1cc IM for 3 monthsin the gluteal region. We're in Bangalore, and I'm not sure where we can get this done. Can you help me with some advice on where to go or who to contact?
Managing anger and high blood pressure requires a holistic approach. Here are some suggestions: 1. Practice relaxation techniques: Yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises can help calm your mind. 2. Regular exercise: Engage in physical activities like walking, jogging, or cycling to reduce stress. 3. Mindful communication: Take a pause before reacting to situations, and express yourself calmly. 4. Seek professional help: Consult a therapist or counselor to address underlying issues. 5. Monitor and adjust medication: Consult your doctor about adjusting your cilacar 5mg dosage or adding stress-reducing medications.
