I'm really concerned about my health right now. Ive been having frequent headaches and I've noticed that my skin and hair aren't looking as healthy as they used to. Should I be worried about these symptoms? Do I need to see a doctor to figure out what's going on? Any advice would be really appreciated.

I'm experiencing this sudden warm sensation in my foot that lasts for about 45 seconds, and it's been happening for the past four days. Should I get a test to figure out what's going on? A year ago, my B12 levels dropped, which caused twitching, tingling, and some pain in my feet. I'm also dealing with Palmoplantar psoriasis. Could these be connected, or is it something else entirely?
