ESR and CRP levels can be reduced naturally by consuming meals prepared in olive oil and giving up on unhealthy habits such as smoking and heavy drinking. Additionally, yoga and cardio exercises have been very beneficial in lowering CRP as well as ESR levels.

I experience cough and phlegm whenever I am exposed to cold air. Even slight cold makes my body feel cool and triggers coughing and phlegm. My blood tests are all normal except for ESR, which is 52. My temperature is 96.5F, and I do not have fever, runny nose, or sneezing. Can someone help me understand what might be causing this?
