How many cod liver oil capsules should I take daily in mg? Is there any risk of overdosing on them? Each capsule I have is 300mg, and I'm 19 years old. How many should I be taking every day?

take only 1 capsule per day never more than 2, high doses can sometimes lead to an increased risk of bleeding, especially if you are taking blood-thinning medications.

I've been dealing with a fever for the past three days, along with a bit of a cold and a headache. My eyes hurt, and I can't seem to get any sleep because of it. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to feel better?

If the area around your eyes and face is painful, you may be suffering from a bout of sinusitis. Visit a physician to get a prescription for some antibiotics, nasal decongestants and some multivitamins. You should also try home remedies like steam inhalation, hot compress on your sinuses, use of a neti pot for nasal irrigation, and use of a humidifier for your bedroom. Drink plenty of fluids and take rest.

I'm dealing with a vitamin B12 deficiency and I'm not sure when the best time is to take my vitamin B12 capsules. Is there a specific time of day like morning or night that would be more effective, or does it not matter? I'm curious to know what you think.

it's not doesn't matter
