I'm trying to understand the difference between Zincovit tablets and general multivitamin tablets. Which one would you recommend I take to boost my immunity? Also, is there a best time of day to take them for someone who's generally healthy?

For a normal person looking to boost immunity, both Zincovit and a multivitamin tablet can be beneficial. The best time to take these supplements is usually after meals to enhance absorption. Consistency in taking the supplements daily is key to seeing the benefits in the long run. Remember, supplements should not be a substitute for a healthy diet, regular exercise, and adequate sleep. If you have any underlying health conditions or are taking other medications, it's always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.

I'm dealing with a really frustrating dry cough and a bit of a fever, and on top of that, I have some back pain too. I'm wondering if MUCOCID Decongestant tablets might help with all these symptoms. Is it a good idea to use them for what I'm going through, or should I be looking at something else?
Mucocid Decongestant tablets, containing pseudoephedrine, can help relieve dry cough and fever, but for back pain, you may need additional or alternative medication

I've been experiencing a lot of body heat lately, and it's making my legs burn and my heels hurt. I'm also feeling really fatigued. A couple of months back, I found out my B12 levels were really low. Could the low B12 be linked to this excess heat in my body? Do you have any advice or suggestions for managing these symptoms or any medication that might help?
