I'm trying to understand the difference between Zincovit tablets and general multivitamin tablets. Which one would you recommend I take to boost my immunity? Also, is there a best time of day to take them for someone who's generally healthy?

A couple of weeks ago, I had a constant low-grade fever and sore throat that lasted for 15 days. My doctor recommended a WIDAL test, and it came back positive. But for the last three days, I havent had a fever or sore throat. Im currently taking Crocin and Doxcefo as prescribed. I'm confused about whether I'm actually dealing with typhoid, because my symptoms seem to have disappeared except for this lingering weakness. Could it be something else, or is this typical of typhoid recovery?

I'm a bit worried because I've been dealing with a stuffy nose, heavy head, and mild fever between 99.4 to 100.4 for the past couple of days. I think it started after being around smoking at a lounge party. Tonight, I took a crocin to help with the fever and a Montek LC for the stuffy nose and allergyIve used these before. Im also on hypertension meds, specifically Concord in the morning and Stamlo at night. Could you let me know if it's okay to mix Montek LC with these hypertension medications?
