View allI've had tight foreskin since I was a kid and thought it would loosen over time if I kept pulling it back, but now I'm 25 and it's still really tight. There's only about a 34mm opening to pee through, and I get this white stuff building up that causes itching. I'm worried surgery might remove the whole foreskin are there other options that can fix this without taking it all off?
Yes, there are non-surgical options to address phimosis (tight foreskin) in addition to circumcision. You can try stretching exercises, using topical steroid creams, and practicing good hygiene to potentially loosen the foreskin and alleviate the symptoms you've described. If those methods are not effective, there are also surgical options that can address the problem without necessarily removing the entire foreskin

I've been having to pee every 15 minutes and it feels like my bladder isn't emptying completely. My diabetes and UTI tests came back normal could this still be a urinary tract issue or something more serious that might need surgery?
Yes, frequent urination with a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying, even with normal diabetes and UTI test results, can still be a urinary tract issue. It could be a sign of overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis, or other problems, some of which might require surgical intervention.

My circumcision was done 3 days ago and my glans is extremely sensitive. What can I use to reduce this sensitivity any creams, oils, or gels? How long does it usually take for the sensitivity to go away?
After a circumcision, glans sensitivity is common and usually subsides within 1-2 months. While some individuals may experience increased sensitivity after the procedure, this is typically a temporary phenomenon
