I've had tight foreskin since I was a kid and thought it would loosen over time if I kept pulling it back, but now I'm 25 and it's still really tight. There's only about a 34mm opening to pee through, and I get this white stuff building up that causes itching. I'm worried surgery might remove the whole foreskin are there other options that can fix this without taking it all off?

Yes, there are non-surgical options to address phimosis (tight foreskin) in addition to circumcision. You can try stretching exercises, using topical steroid creams, and practicing good hygiene to potentially loosen the foreskin and alleviate the symptoms you've described. If those methods are not effective, there are also surgical options that can address the problem without necessarily removing the entire foreskin

View allI'm feeling a bit concerned because I've developed multiple cysts on my left epididymis again. They were removed about three years ago, but now I can feel them coming back, and one of them is quite big, around 3cm by 2cm. It's not really painful, but there's definitely some discomfort. Should I be worried about these recurring epididymal cysts, and what might be causing them to grow back?

My husband is 29 and has been dealing with kidney stones for three weeks now. There are two stones in his right kidney 6mm and 7mm. We've been following a strict diet and trying home remedies along with some medicines, but we're worried about side effects. Since we're newly married, we really want to avoid surgery. Can you suggest some effective ayurvedic churnas or treatments to help flush them out naturally?
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, uretroscopy and extrscorporeal shock wave lithotripsy are advised.
